Flat lying material is one of the most important requirements for keeping a machine running without problems. Based on long experience and synergetic effects FIEBIG & SCHILLINGS GmbH has mastered this challenge by conception of a special machine. Since 2005 they produce a high quality foamboard in their own premises.  Without adding any water during the glueing process you will receive a perfectly flat lying foamboard – with or without paper topping at buyers option. The adhesive layer is marginal thus avoiding spots of glue with fine cover materials and during embossing of filigree characters; this offers you additional support for an excellent optical characteristic of your book.

FIEBIG & SCHILLINGS GmbH produces flexible sizes thus optimizing the exploitation of the mothersheets. The machine is running without summerbreak the whole year round and so we can provide you high quality foamboard in cut-to-size or die-cut pieces as well as in mothersheets at all times. During peak season in summer especially the producers of diaries and time-limited products can profit by reliable planning and providing.
